Learners are required to attend sessions, whether synchronous online or in-person, according to the schedules provided on the platform calendar and as notified on their devices.

The platform is equipped with the necessary technical tools to facilitate learners' participation in virtual sessions, along with other attendance requirements.

It is important to note that certain sessions may have specific attendance requirements beyond just time logged. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the learner being marked as absent.

• Completing quizzes or exams

In cases where a learner’s absence is due to an acceptable excuse, such as illness, an accident, or the death of a relative, the learner must submit evidence to the Training Department.
